About the role

  • Analyze performance data and conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Drive seamless user experiences that improve student engagement and learning outcomes
  • Collaborate with UX designers to align design principles with user and business needs
  • Gather feedback from educators, administrators, and technology partners
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comfortable operating with high autonomy and limited process, and energized by building systems and structure where none currently exist
  • Track record of direct, high-trust collaboration with senior leadership on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions
  • Proven product management experience developing, launching, and scaling enterprise-tier SaaS platforms
  • Working knowledge of AI prototyping tools and LLMs
  • Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Passion for education and deep understanding of education technology challenges and opportunities
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred
