About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company’s mission and goals, covering the SaaS business platform and student outcomes
Identify optimization opportunities and user needs using AI-powered research tools
Create and maintain a dynamic product roadmap reflecting market trends, user needs, and business priorities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align products with company objectives
Lead and inspire the product management and UX design organization
Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team
Model and support AI tool adoption and contribute use cases to bi-weekly AI learning sessions
Provide mentorship and professional development to team members
Oversee end-to-end product development from ideation through launch
Use AI-powered tools for rapid prototyping before engineering handoff
Partner with engineering and stakeholders to prioritize and execute product initiatives
Analyze performance data and conduct market research and competitor analysis
Drive seamless user experiences that improve student engagement and learning outcomes
Collaborate with UX designers to align design principles with user and business needs
Gather feedback from educators, administrators, and technology partners
Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable operating with high autonomy and limited process, and energized by building systems and structure where none currently exist
Track record of direct, high-trust collaboration with senior leadership on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions
Proven product management experience developing, launching, and scaling enterprise-tier SaaS platforms
Working knowledge of AI prototyping tools and LLMs
Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing teams
Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Passion for education and deep understanding of education technology challenges and opportunities
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred
