About the role

  • Take written educational content and adapt it to an online format.
  • Utilize Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline authoring tool to design and develop interactive and responsive e-learning modules.
  • Integrate the developed course content into the Canvas LMS to ensure seamless access, tracking, and interaction for students.
  • Implement a variety of multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, quizzes, and activities, to enhance engagement and understanding within the online courses.
  • Ensure that course content is accessible to all students, including those with disabilities, by following best practices and compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online courses, gather feedback, and make necessary updates and improvements to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure that the online content aligns with learning objectives and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • Proven experience in instructional design and online course development.
  • Expertise in using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline to create interactive e-learning content.
  • Proficiency in Canvas LMS and experience with LMS administration.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology and best practices in online education.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience in creating accessible content.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
