About the role
- Take written educational content and adapt it to an online format.
- Utilize Articulate Rise 360 and Articulate Storyline authoring tool to design and develop interactive and responsive e-learning modules.
- Integrate the developed course content into the Canvas LMS to ensure seamless access, tracking, and interaction for students.
- Implement a variety of multimedia elements, such as videos, graphics, quizzes, and activities, to enhance engagement and understanding within the online courses.
- Ensure that course content is accessible to all students, including those with disabilities, by following best practices and compliance with accessibility standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online courses, gather feedback, and make necessary updates and improvements to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and instructional designers to ensure that the online content aligns with learning objectives and outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in instructional design and online course development.
- Expertise in using Articulate Rise 360 and Storyline to create interactive e-learning content.
- Proficiency in Canvas LMS and experience with LMS administration.
- Strong understanding of educational technology and best practices in online education.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience in creating accessible content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
