About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively prospect companies that match Igma's customer profile.
  • Research accounts, identify opportunities, and map key decision-makers.
  • Execute prospecting cadences using multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Qualify leads according to the criteria defined by the sales operation.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for the team responsible for closing.
  • Keep the CRM up to date and ensure the quality of recorded information.
  • Use Artificial Intelligence to increase productivity and the quality of outreach.
  • Monitor commercial operation metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in SDR, pre-sales, Inside Sales, or B2B prospecting (or early-career profile with high potential).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong research skills for account and market investigation.
  • Well-organized to execute sales cadences and maintain an up-to-date CRM.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot or similar).
  • Practical experience using Artificial Intelligence tools in daily work.
