About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Connect strategy, business, and technology, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives
Work in partnership with stakeholders, designers, developers, and leadership
Build, organize, and prioritize the product backlog
Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
Lead agile ceremonies and rituals
Align expectations and needs with stakeholders
Participate in defining and evolving the product roadmap
Support discovery processes and requirements gathering
Ensure clear context for the development team
Manage dependencies between teams and initiatives
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
Monitor metrics and outcomes of delivered work
Support decision-making through analysis and data
Promote continuous alignment between business, technology, and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in related roles
Experience with digital products, web platforms, or mobile applications
Experience in corporate environments with multiple stakeholders
Experience building, refining, and prioritizing backlogs
Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Ability to lead alignments and negotiations between business and technology areas
Experience managing dependencies across teams and initiatives
Analytical ability for data- and context-driven decision making
Knowledge of product and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
