Account Executive

• Actively pursue leads.
• Identify and evaluate selling opportunities across a variety of industries.
• Lead the development of all pitches, sales presentations, and written proposals.
• Prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements, and work orders.
• Negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful contracts.
• Act as a team leader, providing guidance and direction to internal teams working on sold projects to ensure client expectations are met.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present additional products and service oﬀerings to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the design, production, account management, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Participate in regular cross-functional meetings to communicate client expectations and project requirements.
• Utilize company ERP and CRM software to streamline processes, track leads, and manage client relationships eﬃciently.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, lead reports, and sales reports as needed.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to regular sales team meetings to share insights and experiences.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your network, foster industry relationships, and promote IGE's services.
