About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and design of road and drainage infrastructure, ranging from cycle paths to motorways.
Development of upgrade and expansion concepts for road construction.
Preparation of design, permitting, and execution documents.
Specifications (bills of quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and billing.
Construction supervision and coordination with authorities and project partners.
Participation in project management and contributing your ideas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on infrastructure and road construction (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor).
Whether you are a recent graduate or have several years of experience — you will find your place with us.
Knowledge of HOAI (German fee regulations) and common standards in civil engineering, or willingness to learn.
Independent, structured working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
Strong communication skills when dealing with authorities, clients, and project partners.
Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CAD and industry-specific software is a plus (can be learned on the job).
Driving license (Class B) and fluent German (business proficiency).
