About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Planning and design of road and drainage infrastructure, ranging from cycle paths to motorways.
  • Development of upgrade and expansion concepts for road construction.
  • Preparation of design, permitting, and execution documents.
  • Specifications (bills of quantities), quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and billing.
  • Construction supervision and coordination with authorities and project partners.
  • Participation in project management and contributing your ideas.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on infrastructure and road construction (Dipl.-Ing., Master or Bachelor).
  • Whether you are a recent graduate or have several years of experience — you will find your place with us.
  • Knowledge of HOAI (German fee regulations) and common standards in civil engineering, or willingness to learn.
  • Independent, structured working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills when dealing with authorities, clients, and project partners.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with CAD and industry-specific software is a plus (can be learned on the job).
  • Driving license (Class B) and fluent German (business proficiency).
