About the role
- Provides operational and administrative support to the Sales Managers, assisting in the organization and execution of daily tasks.
- Creates, updates, and manages affiliate tracking links, selecting appropriate landing pages from clients’ marketing platforms and monitoring their performance and effectiveness.
- Responsible for the efficient extraction, analysis, and preparation of data from client and business partner platforms.
- Utilizes MS Excel and other analytical tools to produce reports, statistics, and summaries that are shared with the sales team.
- Registers and maintains client accounts – both new and existing – ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date status of all information within the systems.
- Provides analytical and reporting support to the sales team, assisting in the preparation of data visualizations and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools to enhance workflows, optimize time management, and improve overall productivity and process efficiency.
