Sales Manager – Advertising Spaces
IFY - ImmoFindsYouSales Manager responsible for selling advertising spaces to local companies in Austria. Involves full sales cycle from acquisition to customer service with potential for remote work.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell advertising space to local businesses, regional chains, and service providers.
- Full sales cycle: from prospecting and appointments through proposals to closing and account management.
- Future involvement in onboarding and developing new team members focused on acquisition.
- On-site customer appointments and occasionally at our locations: demonstrate screens live, persuade clients, and offer test campaigns.
- Maintain your pipeline in our CRM (proprietary platform, fully digital).
- Help shape the business: be closely involved with an innovative team and a growing business model.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong closing skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
- Sales experience is an advantage (advertising, media, local services, real estate); talent and drive are the decisive factors.
- Independent, goal-oriented work style: you don’t need daily supervision.
- Regional presence in Styria (or Carinthia/Vienna) and willingness to visit locations and customers.
- Driver’s license B and own car are an advantage.
- Pure lead-acquisition roles are also possible remotely.
