About the role
- Ensure continuity of therapist network communications and deliver targeted improvements during the coverage period.
- Maintain day-to-day communications across channels for the therapist freelancer network, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding communications:
- Manage checklists and documentation reminders; align with Operations and other teams.
- Produce and distribute newsletters and announcements:
- Prioritize key updates (compensation, sessions guidance, evaluation video instructions, platform changes).
- Execute segmentation and sending schedules:
- Collaborate with Ops/CRM to target cohorts (new joiners, inactive, high performers) and coordinate timing.
- Track engagement and performance:
- Monitor open/click rates, activation steps, surveys completion, and response times; implement quick-win improvements.
- Support initiatives that foster belonging and collaboration (webinar sessions, reminders, best-practice highlights).
- Provide operational support for therapist acquisition and onboarding; keep documentation and SOPs up to date.
- Improve templates, subject lines, and CTAs within approved processes; log larger revamp recommendations for handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or related Social Science.
- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or lifecycle marketing (healthcare/telehealth/marketplaces preferred).
- Strong editorial skills with empathetic, clear, and action-oriented tone.
- Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Braze, Customer.io) and basic segmentation.
- Collaboration mindset with Operations/Clinical/Support teams; disciplined in documentation and SOPs.
