Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate coding while maintaining technical quality and security
Work with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to turn vague requirements into viable technical specifications
Create functional prototypes and MVPs to validate business hypotheses
Drive end-to-end deliveries, from technical conception to deployment and monitoring
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Write clean, testable, and efficient code with support from AI tools
Conduct rigorous code reviews and identify vulnerabilities or hallucinations in AI-generated code
Document architectural decisions to facilitate future maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven software development experience, minimum 2 years
Strong proficiency in stacks such as JavaScript (Nest, Next, Nuxt), Python, PHP (Laravel), C# (.NET), and Dart (Flutter)
Advanced understanding of data structures and databases
Ability to create complex queries and perform data analysis
Hands-on, day-to-day experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor.ai, ChatGPT, or Claude for development
Ability to structure prompts to design complex architectures
Ability to identify security and logic flaws in AI-suggested code
Ability to negotiate scope with the Product Owner and explain technical trade-offs to management
Previous experience in startups or growth teams is a plus
Experience with Design Systems or Figma is a plus
