About the role

  • Conducting usability tests and proposing improvements based on data and user feedback
  • Documenting design decisions and supporting the development team during implementation.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies
  • Proven experience in design with a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills
  • Experience in UI design with attention to visual hierarchy, typography, and interface patterns
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
  • Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong visual communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Preferred: experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industry projects
  • Experience with design systems and scalable interfaces
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility
