About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and user-centered digital experiences
- Contributing directly to the evolution of products and platforms that impact operations
- Making design decisions that influence end-user experience
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including product, technology, and business
- Participating from discovery through to delivery of solutions
- Ensuring usability, visual consistency, and alignment with project requirements
- Creating navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Translating business and technical requirements into clear, functional design solutions
- Working closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement
- Ensuring visual and experiential consistency by following design systems and usability best practices
- Conducting usability tests and proposing improvements based on data and user feedback
- Documenting design decisions and supporting the development team during implementation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies
- Proven experience in design with a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills
- Experience in UI design with attention to visual hierarchy, typography, and interface patterns
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong visual communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly
- Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and grow professionally
- Preferred: experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industry projects
- Experience with design systems and scalable interfaces
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility
