Key responsibilities & impact

Define product vision and strategy: Build and communicate the product vision, objectives and roadmap in partnership with stakeholders, connecting customer needs, business priorities and technical feasibility.
Lead discovery and prioritization: Identify problems and opportunities, validate hypotheses and prioritize the roadmap and backlog based on data, impact, effort, risks, dependencies and customer value.
Work with technical teams: Collaborate closely with development, architecture, data and SRE teams, providing context, clarifying requirements and participating in discussions about APIs, integrations, databases, security, observability, scalability and technical debt.
Structure requirements and deliveries: Create and refine epics, user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity about the problem, scenarios, dependencies and expected outcomes.
Track results: Define and monitor product, business, operational and customer experience metrics, evaluate the impact of deliveries and propose continuous improvements.
Manage stakeholders: Lead alignments with technical, operational and executive areas, negotiate priorities, communicate risks and make decisions about scope, schedule and quality.
Apply AI in the product lifecycle: Use AI tools to support discovery, data analysis and feedback, documentation, requirement refinement, hypothesis testing, automation and productivity enhancement.
Exercise product leadership: Act as a reference for the team, anticipate risks, support less-experienced professionals and contribute to the evolution of product practices and culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role;
Experience with complex digital products, preferably B2B, SaaS, backend, APIs or integrations;
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban;
Experience with discovery, roadmap management, backlog prioritization and defining metrics;
Ability to make decisions based on data, feedback, risks and business impact;
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills;
Knowledge of APIs, integrations, SQL, Postman, GitLab or similar tools;
Familiarity with SRE concepts, observability, monitoring, security and system reliability;
Analytical, proactive, organized and results-oriented profile;
Autonomy to operate in complex scenarios with multiple stakeholders;
Familiarity with generative AI applied to product routines;
Mindset oriented to experimentation, automation and continuous improvement.
