About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development team technically, promoting best practices, code standardization and continuous team growth;
Actively participate in technical and business meetings, contributing strategic insight, technical direction and solution proposals;
Work on the technical and architectural design of applications, supporting decisions related to performance, scalability, security and maintainability;
Develop and review solutions using .NET/C#, ensuring technical quality and adherence to established standards;
Lead the development of integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring reliability and performance;
Provide technical support to the team through code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting and the resolution of complex issues;
Ensure good development practices, testing, versioning, documentation and technical governance;
Support and follow up on user acceptance testing (UAT), assisting users and stakeholders in solution validation;
Coordinate maintenance and technical support activities for applications, promoting stability and continuous improvement;
Produce and guide the creation of technical documentation, procedures and development standards;
Prioritize technical tasks and ensure commitment to deadlines, quality and deliverables.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in development and technical leadership with: C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Framework/.NET Core;
Angular, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap;
SQL Server (stored procedures, functions, triggers, views, performance tuning and data modeling);
REST APIs, Web API, Web Services and WCF;
Software architecture, microservices and system integrations;
Solid knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture and development best practices;
Experience with ORMs and persistence layers, especially Dapper;
Experience with DevOps practices and source control (Git, TFS and Azure DevOps);
Experience with code review, defining technical standards and mentoring teams;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and technical delivery management.
