About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations with internal and external services.
- Work on the evolution of microservices architectures and the continuous improvement of the applications' technical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and data) to develop features aligned with business needs.
- Participate in code reviews, define best practices, and improve software quality.
- Contribute to observability, monitoring, and the stability of production services.
- Support incident resolution and optimize application performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in backend development using Node.js.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating with external services.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and software development best practices.
- Experience with code versioning using Git.
- Knowledge of agile development practices.
