About the role

  • Responsible for creating intuitive, efficient, and user-centered digital experiences, directly contributing to the evolution of products and platforms.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product, technology, and business.
  • Drive UX processes, from discovery, user research, and understanding to the delivery of the final interface.
  • Create navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, functional design solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to continuously evolve the product.
  • Ensure visual and experience consistency by following design systems and usability best practices.
  • Conduct usability testing and propose improvements based on data and user feedback.
  • Document design decisions and support the development team during implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
  • Proven experience in design, with a portfolio demonstrating UX/UI skills.
  • Experience in UI design with attention to visual hierarchy, typography, and interface patterns.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD or similar).
  • Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving oriented.
  • Strong visual communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Proactive, creative, and eager to learn and develop professionally.
  • Preferred: Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated environments.
  • Experience with design systems and scalable interfaces.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility.
