About the role

  • Define and evolve the vision, mission, and OKRs for digital products, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory guidelines of the financial sector.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog, detailing functional and non-functional requirements for the development of MVPs and continuous platform enhancements.
  • Map pain points and needs across the customer journey and operational processes, especially in payroll-deductible loan flows, digital formalization, and integration with partner agreements and external partners.
  • Serve as a bridge between business, technology, operations, compliance, and external partners, ensuring clarity of scope and delivered value.
  • Participate in defining and maintaining the product roadmap, supporting multidisciplinary squads (backend, frontend, QA, UX/UI).
  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, retro, refinements), reviewing scope and priorities and making course corrections when necessary.
  • Monitor go-live and rollouts of new features and MVPs, ensuring safe transition, operational stability, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee post-deployment operations, analyzing metrics, indicators, and feedback to propose continuous improvements and new product increments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in digital products.
  • Experience in regulated environments, preferably within financial services, banking, credit, or related sectors.
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and defining/monitoring OKRs and product metrics.
  • Ability to understand and translate complex business rules into clear requirements for technical teams.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Experience with payroll-deductible loans, payment methods, and integrations with public-sector agreements or financial partners.
  • Experience replacing or evolving legacy systems, especially in critical operational environments.
  • Knowledge of digital contracting journeys, electronic formalization, onboarding, or automation of financial processes.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Digital Product, Innovation, Technology, or related areas is a plus.
  • Previous experience in fintechs, banks, or financial technology companies.
  • Technical knowledge: product and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or similar).
