About the role

  • Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX to create complex measures and for data modeling.
  • Create and optimize queries in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, ensuring performance and efficiency in data access.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines using Apache Airflow for automation and integration.
  • Work directly with business units and executive management, translating requirements into technical solutions and presenting strategic insights.
  • Document business rules, assumptions and calculation bases, maintaining traceability and data governance.
  • Participate in executive meetings to align corporate KPIs and metrics.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of data presented in corporate reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with advanced Power BI, developing complex dashboards and using gateways.
  • Full mastery of DAX for creating measures, calculated columns and tables.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge with experience in query optimization and performance tuning.
  • Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including administration, stored procedures and indexes.
  • Experience in development and data wrangling using Python.
  • Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETLs and data integration processes.
  • Proven experience providing direct support to business areas and delivering executive presentations.
  • Ability to document technical processes and business rules clearly and in a structured manner.
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Apache Airflow for creating and managing data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Power BI certifications.
  • Knowledge of Git.
  • Knowledge of Docker.
