Ensure the application of best practices when using technologies such as .NET Framework, .NET Core, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, NoSQL databases, and Microsoft SQL Server.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitor and guide the team on efficient use of the Azure environment and other technologies in the stack.
Act as the technical point of contact, ensuring effective problem resolution and support for teams.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in technical leadership of support and project teams.
Proficiency with: .NET Framework, .NET Core, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, NoSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Azure.
Experience developing scalable, high-performance, and highly available systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Ability to prioritize and distribute tasks strategically.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Certifications in technologies such as Azure or Kubernetes are a plus.
Experience with microservices-based solutions.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD.
