About the role
- Line management of staff and involvement in their professional development
- Planning and organizing process preparation for production in coordination with the relevant interfaces
- Planning and organizing sample management for the T-DS-C area
- Ensuring the availability of materials required for production
- Ensuring GMP-compliant preparation of production processes
- Overseeing sample management for the entire workgroup
- Supervising and onboarding new employees
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the biotechnology/laboratory-technical field or a comparable qualification of at least 3 years
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field
- Experience working in a GMP environment and under sterile conditions, including handling cell culture techniques
- Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong ability to lead by example and to provide constructive feedback
