About the role

  • Assist with daily financial routines;
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes;
  • Record and reconcile inflows and outflows in the financial system;
  • Assist in issuing invoices, bills and financial statements;
  • Perform collections and monitor customer payments;
  • Organize receipts, invoices and financial documents;
  • Use the financial system and control tools;
  • Prepare and structure financial reports using Excel/Google Sheets;
  • Monitor accounting and tax activities;
  • Perform basic tax reconciliations and tax analyses;
  • Support coordination with external accounting to align taxes and expenses;
  • Learn and understand fintech market concepts such as BaaS, Embedded Finance and APIs.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
  • Interest in financial routines, accounting and data control;
  • Organized, good communication skills and attention to detail;
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets;
  • Eagerness to learn about the financial services and technology (Fintech) market.
