About the role
- Act as a generalist across HR subsystems;
- Lead and support recruitment and selection processes;
- Support new hires, onboarding and ongoing employee follow-ups;
- Support initiatives related to workplace climate, company culture, internal communication and development;
- Provide support to leadership on people-management matters;
- Maintain records, documents and HR metrics;
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology;
- Experience in Human Resources with a generalist focus;
- Strong communication skills, organized and able to prioritize tasks;
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-growing environments.
