Design, implement, and manage Identity Governance solutions to support business and security requirements.
Develop and configure Identity Governance workflows, access policies, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including identity lifecycle management.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity governance, provisioning, and compliance.
Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with IAM best practices and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and operational procedures.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements and optimization.
Stay up to date with emerging trends in identity and access management (IAM).

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience with Saviynt/Ping/SailPoint Identity Governance implementation and administration.
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, role management, and access certification.
Experience in REST/SOAP APIs for application integrations.
Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID).
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
