What you’ll need

Deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (you must have an in-depth understanding of how these platforms work).
Excellent command of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets for in-depth analysis and Google Slides to create compelling visual presentations).
Experience buying media on TikTok Ads, Google DV360, and Pinterest Ads.
Experience with tracking and reporting ecosystems: GA4, Looker Studio, and Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with management tools: Trello and Publi Manager.
Data Passion: A genuine interest in metrics; you won’t rest until you understand why a metric rose or fell.
Sharp Communication: Ability to argue for and confidently defend your tactical decisions to client leadership.
Self-Managed: You have the autonomy to organize your workflow and priorities without close supervision.
Solution-Oriented: Focused on solving problems; when a campaign issue arises, you arrive ready with a Plan B.
