About the role
- Responsible for the organizational and operational management as well as the strategic development of the DevOps team
- Consideration of infrastructure projects, structured planning and sensible allocation of capacity
- Reliable operation of technical platforms
- Continuous development of internal platforms and infrastructure processes
- Supporting the team in technical decisions
Requirements
- Experience operating modern cloud and infrastructure platforms
- Experience taking responsibility for technical teams, platforms or infrastructure projects
- Team management, capacity planning and prioritization in technical projects
- Operation of cloud and container platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, GCP or comparable environments)
- Strong Linux skills
- Solid understanding of networking (DNS, routing, firewall, ingress/egress)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
- Automation (Ansible)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/OpenTofu)
- Agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Clear and structured communication
- Ability to explain technical concepts in an understandable way
- Solution-oriented working style
