About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development, delivery, and continuous evolution of ICTC’s digital training initiatives.
  • Oversee ICTC’s eLearning function and digital training ecosystem.
  • Ensure training programs remain current with emerging technologies and industry needs.
  • Work closely with industry engagement teams to meet targets for program participation.
  • Monitor training quality, learner outcomes, and engagement metrics for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading digital training, workforce development, or eLearning initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation trends.
  • Experience delivering digital training programs to employers and diverse learner populations with varying levels of digital literacy.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience designing and scaling online or hybrid learning programs.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and execute complex training initiatives in fast-paced environments.
