About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing, maintaining, and improving credit scoring and risk models using Python and SQL
- Conducting data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model performance
- Collaborating with business, risk management, and IT for successful model deployment
- Documenting models and processes in accordance with regulatory and internal standards
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting the adoption of new tools (experience with Vertex AI is a plus)
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven track record in predictive modelling, preferably in credit risk or financial services
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience in risk modelling and familiarity with the banking/finance domain
- Comfort working in cloud environments (e.g., Vertex AI is a plus)
- Excellent English skills and the ability to thrive in a multicultural team
- A self-driven, responsible mindset with strong ownership of your work
- Good communication and collaboration skills across teams
