About the role
- You will become familiar with our document creation software, become a specialist in our document generation software "D7", and advise our clients.
- You will develop a solid understanding of how to use our software solution and manage document template administration.
- You create personas for D7 users, identify their requirements for D7, and develop various ideas and scenarios for technically implementing those requirements within documents.
- You ensure that our clients have a basic framework for document generation with D7 and can also implement document requirements yourself (e.g., clients' style guides, content blocks, and logic functions) in D7.
- You take on the configuration of D7 for our clients.
- You train and support our clients in using D7.
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational training — preferably in (business) computer science, natural sciences, or business administration.
- Proven professional experience in project consulting or in IT consulting/operations.
- Familiarity with the DOPiX system.
- Strong technical understanding.
- Logical abstraction skills.
- A confident presence combined with calmness and a down-to-earth attitude.
- You are goal-oriented, work accurately, and have an eye for detail.
- You like to work proactively and in an agile way and are reliable.
