About the role
- Located at corporate offices in Lahore; ability to pull detailed data, analyze it, and provide recommendations based on processes, people and systems
- Deploy, modify, monitor, and maintain systems infrastructure on-premises and on-cloud
- Integrate and maintain cloud-based applications and systems
- Support and manage Cloud Solutions & Applications: Office 365, G Suite, Okta SSO & MFA, Workspace One, Backups, AWS
- Support and manage Windows Systems Infrastructure: Active Directory, VMWare, Storage, Veeam
- Manage large and complex projects in an MSP consulting setting, including communication, preparation, monitoring, budgets, scope, schedules, risks, resource planning and KPIs
- Take full ownership of client relationships, evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Requirements
- Extensive experience and knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device provisioning, configuration, and endpoint management
- Extensive experience and knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining VMWare infrastructure
- Extensive experience and knowledge of configuration and maintenance of enterprise storage such as NetApp or alike
- Extensive experience and knowledge of installing, configuring, and maintaining Veeam backup software
- A full understanding of Microsoft 365 and G Suite administration and experience supporting complex environments
- In-depth knowledge related to the Office 365 applications and features including Azure Directory
- Experience with SSO/MFA integration between Office 365, G Suite, Box and other major cloud service providers
- Experience with MDM solution such as Workspace One is a plus
- Windows Power-shell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Exchange Server
- Understanding of systems engineering and platform architecture
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience implementing and supporting Office 365 in medium-sized environments
- Strong knowledge related to email security and security practices in general
- Exposure of supporting systems on AWS and AWS backup is a plus
- Exposure to patch management, image building (preferably using MDT)
- Must have at least 5+ years Systems Administration experience
- Must have 2+ years of Microsoft 365 experience including migrations
- Professional and can take full ownership of individual tasks to deliver in a timely manner
