About the role
- Engage potential customers with tailored sales strategies that showcase the value of ICANotes Behavioral Health EHR
- Craft strategic outreach campaigns utilizing Zoho CRM, cold calls, and emails to connect with prospective customers
- Leverage your consultative skills to understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend ICANotes products and services that align with those needs
- Nourish warm inbound leads into qualified opportunities by nurturing trust and understanding through ongoing communication
- Maintain a dynamic pipeline of interested prospects, effectively transitioning them to our sales closers for the next steps
- Collaborate on refining our SDR playbook by identifying and sharing best practices that drive success
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in sales or outreach roles
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, with a knack for crafting compelling messages
- A creative thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of finding solutions to complex challenges
- Eager to excel within a sales organization, with a hunger for growth and development
- Punctual, dependable, and adaptable to the demands of a virtual team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Equipped with a distraction-free home office, a reliable computer, and a strong internet connection
- Preferred: A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant outbound sales or outreach experience
- Preferred: Familiarity with the Behavioral Health industry is a plus, though not a requirement
- Preferred: Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other CRM software is beneficial
