About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and modernize existing software solutions using C#, .NET 8+, and .NET Framework 4.8
Develop and maintain cloud-enabled backend and server components, interfaces, and database access using Entity Framework/ORMs and PostgreSQL
Operate Windows and Linux servers
Automate deployment, operations, and administration processes
Work with CI/CD, containers, and Infrastructure as Code
Further develop cloud-enabled applications
Contribute to monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and IT security
Document technical solutions
Work in a role comprising 70% software development and 30% DevOps/system operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience with C# and .NET 8+
Knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus
Knowledge of SAP systems or SAP authorizations is a plus, but explicitly not required
Experience with Entity Framework/ORMs
Experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases
Proficiency in working with Windows and Linux servers
Interest in software deployment, server operations, and automation
Structured, independent, and solutions-oriented approach to work
Willingness to familiarize yourself with complex domain-specific topics
Ideally, experience with WPF, Telerik, CI/CD, containers, cloud technologies, monitoring, or Infrastructure as Code
Excellent written and spoken German skills
