About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop backend APIs in Java (Spring Boot) following established patterns;
- Implement and evolve REST endpoints documented via OpenAPI/Swagger;
- Implement integrations with external systems and microservices;
- Support implementation of authentication based on JWT / session management;
- Implement error handling and standardize API responses;
- Support testing (unit and integration) and API validation;
- Work on bug fixes and continuous improvement of services.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of backend development experience;
- Experience with Java or another modern backend language;
- Experience with REST APIs;
- Knowledge of databases (relational or NoSQL);
- Basic knowledge of API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
