About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective)
Remove impediments and blockers for the team
Orchestrate the workflow (Kanban/Scrum)
Ensure adherence to agile practices and continuous improvement
Support the Product Owner and Analysts in backlog organization
Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput)
Promote integration among teams (mobile, backend, QA, and business)
Support risk and conflict management
Ensure alignment between strategy and team execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with agile methodologies
Experience as a Scrum Master in complex projects (integrations, mission-critical systems)
Strong experience with Scrum and Kanban
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (analysts, developers, QA)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
Knowledge of agile metrics and continuous improvement
Experience in environments with multiple external dependencies
