About the role
- Develop and customize applications on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning)
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
- Prepare technical and functional project documentation
- Propose improvements and automations for business processes
- Support and mentor junior developers
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Participate in technical meetings and requirements gathering
- Perform unit and functional testing of developed solutions
- Escalate critical issues to higher levels
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and development best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience
- Experience in Banking and Insurance sectors
- Development, maintenance, and evolution of solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II desirable)
- Intermediate technical English
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT or related fields
- Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of process automation (Flow, Process Builder)
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
