About the role
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review and Retrospective)
- Work closely with Product Owners
- Promote and sustain an agile culture at the team and organizational level
- Identify and remove technical, organizational and behavioral impediments
- Monitor sprint progress and adjust practices and workflows
- Support team management by participating in 1:1 rituals and defining Individual Development Plans (PDI)
- Lead tool transition and integration efforts, with experience in JIRA and Azure DevOps
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in fully agile environments
- Solid experience applying Scrum and Kanban
- Strong ability to engage cross-functional teams
- Act as a change agent, promoting adoption of agile culture
- Identify, address and remove impediments that impact delivery
- Monitor sprint progress
- Extensive experience with agile metrics and performance
- Deep expertise in defining, tracking and analyzing agile metrics
- Use of the PDCA cycle for continuous process improvement
