About the role
- Engage with clients to support and drive their digital transformation
- Work with a multidisciplinary team
- Monitor systems, networks and services using NOC tools
- Log and track incidents, alerts and requests
- Assist in resolving low-complexity issues
- Help document procedures and reports
- Escalate incidents to higher-level teams when necessary
- Contribute to best practices and help keep the environment organized
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience monitoring, supporting, and resolving incidents in network environments
- Up to 1 year of technical support experience or NOC internship
- Basic knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Basic technical English
- Ability to interpret metrics, logs, telemetry, and system health indicators
- Experience troubleshooting in complex environments
- End-to-end incident management (detection → analysis → escalation → communication → closure)
- Currently enrolled in a university degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practices (preferred)
- Basic scripting knowledge for automation (PowerShell, Bash) (preferred)
- Experience with additional monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Dynatrace, Datadog) (preferred)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) (preferred)
- Familiarity with KQL (Kusto Query Language) for querying and log analysis (preferred)
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Boards, queries, tracking capabilities, features, and tasks) (preferred)
