About the role

  • Monitor and analyze systems, networks, and services using NOC tools;
  • Log, track, and resolve medium-complexity incidents;
  • Prepare technical reports and procedural documentation;
  • Propose improvements to operational processes;
  • Support and mentor the junior team;
  • Escalate critical incidents to higher-level teams;
  • Ensure SLAs and best practices are met.

Requirements

  • More than 4 years of experience with advanced application monitoring and environment health monitoring;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a NOC;
  • Proficiency with monitoring tools (Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights);
  • Intermediate technical English;
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in IT or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of Zabbix;
  • Proficiency in KQL (Kusto Query Language);
  • Basic database knowledge (concepts, queries, and basic analysis);
  • Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint integrations;
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (boards, queries, tracking capabilities, features, tasks, etc.);
  • Experience with Agile methodology;
  • Ability to interpret metrics, logs, and telemetry;
  • Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practices (desirable);
  • Experience with automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash) (desirable);
  • Experience with scripted automation (PowerShell, Python) (desirable);
  • Experience with proactive monitoring and predictive analytics (desirable);
  • Experience with advanced troubleshooting in infrastructure or applications (desirable);
  • Basic knowledge of pipelines and processes in Azure DevOps (build and improvement) (desirable);
  • Basic knowledge of Redgate for SQL monitoring support (desirable).
