About the role
- Full ownership of distribution operations
- Overall leadership and direction to achieve goals and implement change
- Coordinate and participate in problem-resolution and emergency response
- Ensure administrative matters are completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Develops and implements annual business plan for Electric Distribution
- Monitors ongoing progress and reallocates resources as necessary
- Creates a climate of innovation for process improvement
- Oversees departments initiatives, preparation of budgets, cost control, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering or related field experience
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience
- Thorough knowledge of company, federal and state policies and procedures
- Prior supervisory/management experience
- Familiarity with budget preparation
- Knowledge of electric maintenance delivery practices
- Project management skills
