About the role
- Planning, organizing and executing events (online and on-site)
- Preparing and supporting trade fair appearances, industry events and customer events
- Actively representing ibelsa at events (e.g. DEHOGA events)
- Presenting our software and serving as the primary on-site contact for prospective customers
- Supporting the sales team with lead generation and follow-up
- Working closely with Marketing and contributing your own marketing ideas related to events and visibility
- Coordinating appointments, processes and stakeholders – both internal and external
- Post-event follow-up (leads, feedback, learnings, documentation)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in hotels or the hospitality sector
- Experience in event management or event planning
- Initial experience in marketing
- Enjoyment of networking and face-to-face interaction
- Confident presence and enthusiasm
- Strong organizational skills with a structured working style
- High willingness to travel (extensive travel expected)
- Ideally based in central Germany (for optimal accessibility to assignment locations)
