About the role

  • Planning, organizing, and executing events (online & on-site)
  • Preparing and supporting trade show appearances, industry events, and customer events
  • Actively participating in events as a representative of ibelsa
  • Demonstrating our software and serving as the primary on-site contact for prospective clients
  • Supporting the sales team with lead generation and follow-up
  • Collaborating closely with marketing and contributing your own marketing ideas
  • Coordinating appointments, processes, and stakeholders — both internal and external
  • Post-event follow-up (leads, feedback, learnings, documentation)

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in hotels or the hospitality industry
  • Experience in event or event management
  • Some experience in marketing
  • Enjoy networking and in-person engagement
  • Confident presence and enthusiasm
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel frequently (you will be on the road a lot)
  • Ideally based in central Germany
  • Hands-on mentality and drive to proactively move things forward
  • Openness to our tech-stack and digital tools around ibelsa
  • Team-player mindset
  • German and English, both spoken and written
