About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define an overall strategy (acquisition, conversion, brand)
- Build a strong, coherent and distinctive editorial line
- Conceive formats that will make iara loved and understood (posts, videos, live streams, mini-series…)
- Coordinate content production with our creators and partners
- Oversee editorial calendars, launches and campaigns
- Drive organic growth with a strong performance focus
- Identify opportunities (trends, influencer partnerships, collabs) to amplify our awareness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in social media / content / brand within a startup, a DTC brand or a high-exposure agency
- You have already grown a brand on Instagram and TikTok (organic and/or paid)
- You understand performance, awareness and conversion objectives
- You are as comfortable with storytelling as you are with KPIs
- You have a strategic outlook but aren’t afraid to be hands-on
- You know how to brief, manage and coordinate a team of creators / freelancers
- Bonus if you already have experience in beauty, women’s products, or mobile apps
