About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the North America Education Team during the preparation for IAAPA Expo
  • Connect with volunteer committee members and speakers of IAAPA Expo by being involved in the speaker management process
  • Assist speakers with building their profiles and the collection, organization, and internal review of presentations and speaker agreements
  • Provide support at IAAPA Expo 2026, taking place at the Orange County Convention Center, Nov.16-20th
  • Work 20 to 32 hours a week during the internship

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled as a college/university student through the end of December 2026
  • Effective communicator of the written and spoken word
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in an office environment is preferred.
