Key responsibilities & impact

Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while considering interdependencies between initiatives
Clarify business stakeholders’ needs and recommend solutions supporting growth, efficiency, client experience, advisor experience, and employee experience objectives
Facilitate stakeholder workshops from an innovation, optimization, and performance perspective

Requirements

What you’ll need

Analytical and critical thinking abilities
Ability to simplify complex information and create visuals that support decision-making
Strong ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and exercise influential leadership within large-scale projects

Between 5 and 10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in transformation, data integration, and business process optimization environments
Advanced proficiency in French
Intermediate proficiency in English
Daily communication through emails and meetings with English-speaking business partners
