About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, validate, and respond to HR inquiries from employees, managers, retirees, and Canadian and U.S. partners by phone, email, and chat
- Provide personalized support with administrative processes related to employees’ life events
- Explain payroll, compensation, and benefits information in clear, accessible terms
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, reference tools, and documentation
- Propose innovative solutions and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and HR teams to ensure effective support and an optimal employee experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Workday software is an asset
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud is an asset
- Advanced English-language proficiency
- Thoroughness and commitment to quality
- Courtesy and customer-service orientation
- Strong analytical and adaptability skills
- Autonomy, discretion, and professionalism
