About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to calls, emails and chats from the sales force
  • Assist the sales force with administrative processes for individual life insurance
  • Adhere to the manufacturer's procedures and the firm's obligations for sales and transactions on in-force contracts
  • Understand the sales force's needs and ensure their satisfaction
  • Handle more complex files in close collaboration with insurer/manufacturer teams
  • Verify that the firm's files are complete
  • Participate in ongoing training on policies, procedures and systems
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of work procedures
  • Promote communication and collaboration between Insurance specialists, agencies, support and Career services teams, and insurer teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • DEC (College diploma) in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
  • High adaptability to change
  • Positive team player
  • Proactive and motivated attitude
  • Advanced level of English proficiency to handle daily calls and emails in English with English-speaking advisors and sales agents
