Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and to plan, organize, and set priorities
  • Relevant experience in individual life insurance and a solid understanding of the U.S. market (or the ability to acquire this knowledge quickly)
  • Excellent ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Proactive and initiative-taking in identifying and understanding business issues, with a desire to make an impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and the F.I.C.A. designation
  • Advanced proficiency in English, as the role involves daily collaboration with English-speaking business partners
