About the role
- Distribution of tasks
- Update LUS system with received requirements
- Search the system to match documents not automatically matched by the system
- Follow up on requests submitted to reinsurers
- Respond to provider inquiries for APS requests by completing required actions
- Make payments for requirement requests to other insurers
- Manage emails in the team inbox
- Perform MIB code searches and requests
- Modify MIB codes based on information provided by underwriting
- Make requests for sharing medical requirements with different insurers
- Draft explanatory letters for refusals to clients’ physicians
- Make policy cancellation requests
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Diploma in a relevant field
