About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading Talent & Culture activities for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and divestitures
- Coordinating various T&C workstreams such as talent acquisition, payroll, employee relations, and change management
- Structuring, planning, and delivering projects by developing integrated plans and schedules
- Monitoring project progress, managing budgets and resources, and identifying and addressing risks
- Supporting organizational transformation and change management initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role within complex, cross-functional environments
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or system implementations is considered an asset
- Knowledge of Workday, LeanKit, Planview, and responsible use of artificial intelligence tools is a plus
- Intermediate level of proficiency in both French and English
