About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze and process requests for information and modifications related to the compensation of the sales force
- Provide customer service by email and phone
- Analyze transactions and provide the necessary explanations by referring to commission grids
- Explain compensation rules as well as various bonuses and contests to the sales force
- Use various computer systems to make file updates and ensure proper follow-up

Requirements
What you’ll need- Holds a college diploma or university degree in administration, financial services or a related field
- Has 2 to 3 years of experience in administration, financial services, or a related field
- Recognized for their rigor, attention to quality and strong analytical mindset
- Stands out for their customer service skills, courtesy and empathy
- Demonstrates strong numerical ability and sound judgment
- Advanced level of French proficiency
