About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

design, develop, and maintain high-performance data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform
leverage GCP services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataproc, Cloud Run
orchestrate data processing pipelines using Prefect
develop in modern environments and manage source code using GitHub
prepare, transform, and structure data for analytics and AI use cases
implement DevOps/DataOps practices
work collaboratively with Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 to 10 years of experience in data engineering or ETL/ELT development
degree in computer science or software engineering
masters data modeling concepts
strong experience with BigQuery and cloud analytics environments
distributed processing (Spark / Dataproc)
expertise in pipeline orchestration (e.g., Prefect, Airflow, or equivalent)
comfortable with modern development practices
familiar with microservices-oriented architectures
understands data governance, security, and cloud access management
demonstrates strong analytical skills
speaks excellent French, intermediate English
