About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for advisors, assistants, and internal teams.
Enable advisory teams to use digital platforms, operational tools, and business processes more effectively to improve productivity and client service.
Translate complex technical concepts and business processes into practical, advisor-focused learning experiences.
Support adoption of new tools, processes, platform enhancements, operational changes, and business transformation initiatives.
Develop and maintain training materials, job aids, reference guides, videos, and learning resources aligned to real advisor and assistant use cases.
Gather feedback from advisors and assistants to identify adoption barriers, inform improvements, and refine support approaches.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mandatory experience with delivering training, coaching, enablement, or advisory support within wealth management, financial services, or investment management environments.
Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complexity and explain technical concepts in practical business language.
Strong understanding of advisor and assistant workflows within a wealth management practice.
Experience with platforms such as Croesus and Salesforce CRM.
Comfortable supporting users across connected advisor technology ecosystems.
Strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
Passionate about applying artificial intelligence and digital tools to drive efficiency and elevate performance.
Advanced English and French proficiency.
